In their artcile Dr. Vera Delnon and MLaw Marc Hubacher deal with the question of partial contamination in money laundering, a difficult topic which has not yet been decided by the highest court. After discussing former proposals by other authors, they present a new solution that meets constitutional and international legal requirements.
